Navigation introduced a new Voluntary Auto/Homeowners insurance program to the employees of a local non-profit education based organization in the Philadelphia area. The new programs gave employees access to group discounts starting at 15% on auto, homeowners, renters, and other property and liability insurance coverages. Employees also enjoyed the option of paying for premiums through the convenience of payroll deduction, through automatic deduction from checking, through escrow, or any other method available through their current provider.

Navigation recently completed a new voluntary benefits open enrollment and installation for a "mid-market" non-profit in central Pennsylvania. The successful enrollment project also included a total compensation benefit statement review for each employee. During the personal enrollment sessions each employee was provided a customized statement outlining current employee and employer benefit contributions. The integration of the benefit statements helped employees better understand the value of their organization's paid benefits program and also helped them make the right voluntary benefit plan choices for themselves and their families.

We are excited to announce the successful completion and launch of a project to integrate voluntary benefits into a new clients web-based self service benefits platform. The Philadelphia area manufacturing client has approximately 1,800 employees that enrolled in all benefits on-line for the first time. The integration of the voluntary benefits allowed all employees to review information and enroll in all benefits, including the voluntary benefits during the open enrollment process.
