Navigation was founded in 2008 to bring our clients leading edge benefit strategies, cost effective solutions, and automated benefits administration. We are headquartered in the Philadelphia suburbs and work with clients both locally and nationwide.

Our founders have worked for both large national insurance companies and consulting firms, forging deep experience in all aspects of benefits. Our experienced management and service team always brings a friendly attitude and helping hand to you, your HR staff, and employees.

Our passion is benefits, service, and of course, Eagles, Sixers, Flyers, and Phillies.
