Automated New Hire Records – new employee records in payroll will be instantly transmitted to Employee Navigator, eliminating the need to provide a new hire census or manually load the new employee record in the Employee Navigator dashboard. Simply put, no more dual entry.
Automated Terminations – terminated employee records are instantly transmitted from payroll to Employee Navigator ensuring timely processing of terminations with the insurance companies so that terminated employees are removed from your insurance company bills.
Automated Benefit Deductions – Employee Navigator automatically transmits deductions to payroll based on the coverage effective date, eliminating missed or incorrect deductions.
